If you subscribe to our EASY managed services then you already benefit from our proactive monitoring of your I.T. system and, depending on which service you subscribe to, you will also be receiving the benefits of our service level agreement (SLA) and on-site support too.

But even if you're not subscribing to the services of Technical Edge and our team of agents we can still provide you with reactive support for all of your I.T. glitches.

Quoting and Pricing
We can provide with time and materials pricing as well as fixed pricing and if you are an existing Technical Edge service client then you will benefit from our contract rate pricing. We are happy to assess and quote on a wide range of on-site I.T support.
